Our Oxygen Planning System allows for fleets who transport clients on supplemental oxygen to qualify on-board inventory for the trip specified, plan cylinder swap reminders based on a safety margin, and more, based on the LPM requirements and cylinder sizes available within your fleet.
Module Features
- On-Board Inventory
Allow drivers, or your dispatch staff, to provide an inventory of the available bottles at the beginning of the day or beginning of the trip to ensure their availability meets the demand safely. - Automatic Reminders
If an oxygen cylinder needs to be swapped during transport, reminders are sent to the dispatch staff and driver to alert them of the exchange requirement within your specified safety margin.
- Slack, E-mail, and SMS Alerts
Inform the entire team using the method(s) you prefer most. - Real-Time Screening & Custom Plans
Staff-facing input screens inform the team if there is not enough oxygen on-board and/or allows them to create a custom oxygen plan to file.
